Payments


We accept payment through PayPal and Direct Checkout (Mastercard, VISA, ect.). You do not need a PayPal account to pay with a credit card.

During checkout a 6% sales tax will be added to all Michigan residents transactions.

Shipping from United States

All orders are shipped within 1 business day.

All orders are shipped through USPS, depending on package size, the estimated delivery schedule is within 3-5 days. Should you need your purchase quicker, please let us know and we can upgrade shipping category.

International orders are shipped First Class Mail International and can take between 1-8 weeks to arrive. International customers are responsible for all fees, taxes and duties associated with shipping to their respective countries. We also cannot determine that a purchase is a gift on a customs form. This is a federal offense in the US and carries severe penalties.

We have shipping prices set at a rate which will include tracking for orders within the United States. (Tracking is not available on international orders, unless you would like to upgrade shipping to Priority, for an additional cost.) This will ensure that your package arrives to your home safely.

Please make sure that your shipping address is correct before submitting.

Refunds

If, within 10 days, you are not happy with your purchase, you may return your item to us for a comparable exchange or a full refund if deemed appropriate.

Additional Information

Please keep in mind that color varies depending on the brand of your computer monitor. We take our own photos and try our best to keep them authentic. Unfortunately, we are not professional photographers. We do our best to accurately describe our items to the best of our ability. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.

All sign sales are final.

Each piece is 100% handmade by my husband and I, from our home located in Grayling, Michigan.

If you are looking to have a custom size or order other than what's offered, please contact us.

Please note, prices may vary, depending on our order.

Our wood frames are made from high quality pine wood and purchased from a local lumber store.

Most signs, unless noted, are 3/4" thick, high quality wood that is made to last for years indoors, and each has it own uniqueness.

Our paint is a high quality, matte finish paint. The lettering is all, paint or vinyl, and is gorgeous and precise.

We do put a top finish coat on for indoor protection, if needed.

Hanging hardware is included on the back of, each sign and your sign will be ready to hang as soon as you receive it.

**PLEASE NOTE: Each sign is made on real pine (or other specified) wood. Because of this, each piece of wood is different and has grain variants and natural imperfections such as; (wood knots, scratches, etc.) We always try to select the best pieces of wood when making each sign, but knots and nature are unpredictable. We believe this adds to the character of our pieces and makes each sign completely unique and one-of-a-kind. Each piece of wood will absorb paint and stain differently, which makes each item unique. Because each wood product takes on its own character, no sign will ever look exactly the same.

When placing your order, please double check your shipping address. If a package is damaged during shipping, please contact us with pictures and the carrier who delivered it, of the damage and we will do our best to make it right.

We are NOT responsible for undelivered packages due to an incorrect address; however, we will work with you to locate your package.

FAQs

What is your current turn around time?

Our normal turnaround time is about 2 weeks from date of purchase. This does NOT include shipping time. Only the time I need to prepare each order.

Do you offer any discounts?

Follow us on Facebook and subscribe to our newsletter to find out about sales and discounts (see below).

Can you do custom paint or stain colors?

At this time we only offer the paint and stain colors as listed. We are not able to do custom color requests at this time, but feel free to ask.

Do you take custom orders?

YES, if you are ordering an Established sign, please fill in the order form on the link. We love custom orders! Please send us an email and a photo if possible, and we would love to assist you with creating a one of a kind piece just for you!

What about cancellations, exchanges, or refunds?

Once an order is placed, you have 12 hours to cancel your order. After 12 hours orders are placed immediately into production, so we cannot guarantee that your order will be cancelled. We do not accept returns or refunds. The customer is responsible for ordering correctly. We are not responsible for the customer ordering the wrong color option or if they are unhappy with their color choice once delivered.

What can I expect from shipping?

The majority of our orders ship via Fed-Ex Ground, but we may sometimes use another carrier option. Because of this we CANNOT ship to PO Boxes. We must have a physical address for your order before we can go forward with your order.

Approximate mailing times:

USPS Priority Mail: 1-3 business days

UPS Ground: up to 5 business days

FedEx Ground: up to 7 business days

When you receive an email with tracking, expect an additional business day to start seeing mail delivery progress scans. We are not responsible for your package once it has left our shop, this includes (but not limited to): shipping delays, damaged items, or stolen packages.

It is up to the customer to file a claim with the shipping carriers if needed.
